The staff here are busy but very helpful. I would recycle here again for sure but NOT with a view to making any real money! You have to go with a view to ACTUALLY wanting your items recycled. From that standpoint I can highly recommend as long as you're willing to go to the trouble.
There's no curbside recycling in Barbados yet, which I think is a big trick missed for these private companies.
Edit: paper and metal recycling is not clear to me though. If I find any information I will update here. They mostly take plastic and glass bottles here.

I took some bottles there for the first time, not knowing what to expect. The young man who assisted me was very patient, he explained the process to me and kept checking on me as I stood uncovering the bottles. Now I know what to do if there is a next time. Not a bad experience at all.

They know what to do with everything brought to them. Including electronics.
