I experienced good customer service from front desk staff. I enjoy the ease of booking appointments online and receiving digital invoices after treatment. The lobby waiting area is clean and comfortable. The massage prices are reasonable compared to other Physiocare providers in the area. The massage treatment I received was exceptional and my session started on time. Ms. Adrienne Forde provided excellent treatment/massage experience. She made me feel valued as a client and was attentive to my needs throughout the session. As a result, I referred my wife to also receive a treatment from Ms. Forde as well. We look forward to booking more treatments in the near future. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional. Dr Lindo is the best. She is attentive and very thorough. I am experiencing significant improvement overall. I recommend Back Into Motion to anyone who is seeking any form of Physiotherapy Treatment.

I have brought my son here a few times and had a massage myself and the service has been excellent. Very responsive when making appointments and the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. Our most recent appointment with Abigail was excellent and she made my 11 year old feel very comfortable and at ease. Thank you!

For the past 6 months of therapy at the Back and Motion Therapy Clinic, I was able to heal and now am all back to myself. When doctors said it’s impossible, and I would always be like that. Well I was able to walk away all good today. God has been good to me. I want to thank Dr Carol Ann Wooding who has helped me tremendously throughout the weeks. I also want to thank all the staff who helped me directly and indirectly. Amazing team all the way. I would recommend Back in Motion Best Wishes Karen Walker
