Barbados Blue Water Sports
Visiting mariners have for years commented on the vibrancy of the blue waters surrounding Barbados. The most easterly island in the Caribbean archipelago is unlike many of the other islands in the Caribbean, which are volcanic. Barbados itself is an ancient coral reef with over 85% of its surface comprised of limestone. This phenomenon explains why Barbados’ topography below and above the surface is relatively moderate, and why shallow reefs can be found far offshore. Barbados’ limestone base, white coralline sand, clear oceanic waters, and its location at N13° 10 W59° 32, affect the wavelength of the light reflected. This gives us something unique, a colour, a feeling… Barbados Blue!

Barbados Blue is a top notch facility. 3 of us went scuba diving for the first time and our instructor, Isla, couldn't have been better. She was patient and very attentive to not only our team, but to everyone on the dive. I would highly recommend this facility and it's crew!

My daughter and I did our Open Water certification while staying in Barbados. Cannot recommend Barbados Blue more highly! Staff were amazing. Our instructor (Nicole) was great. Very patient and very thorough (and lotsa fun as well). Was just the 2 of us so very personal service. Equipment top notch! Can’t complain. Highly recommended

I did a two-tank scuba dive with Barbados Blue Water Sports and had a great experience. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the local dive sites.
Even though the water was choppy and we had some heavy rain, their positive attitude and high spirits never wavered. They made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and still had an amazing dive.
I’d absolutely dive with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone diving in Barbados.

Another 5-star for these guys. We had an amazing snorkel tour with Quincy. Was just three of us. Not some silly booze cruise with a slide. Quincy was very knowledgable, kind and very highly safety-aware. Visibility was so-so, but he still made it a great trip. We spotted one Hawksbill, a stingray, and loads of reef fish in the wrecks.
100% we will be back someday!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I use the online booking portal, which was very easy to use. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Scuba diving was amazing. Got to see a lot of awesome sea life. And even though I didn’t have time to do more diving, I would definitely dive with them again. Highly recommend.
