I tried to do my passport online but it couldn't give a date so took everything to the office. I didn't have appointment so the lady told me sit after checking that all my documents were in order. One row was appointments only & the other row was walk ins. They were doing 1 appointment then 1 walk in. I was in & out in 20 minutes. I had a young man in a yellow shirt. He was efficient, courteous & didn't waste any time. I was able to get my passport application in very easily. Thank You Young Man🙏🏽💐

I needed to apply for a minor's passport. There was a discrepancy on the form. It was close to cashier closing (within 30 minutes). I left, got the discrepancy sorted. They accommodated the application when we returned(with minutes to spare). Professionally handled especially my chatty minor.

Like any government agency, you'll find a mix of exceptional staff and those who fall short. Generally, the service is good, and the level of professionalism is satisfactory. I was pleased to discover affordable parking on the upper floors of the building. However, it's important to be cautious when driving a van, as some corners are a tight squeeze. Be sure to read the signs carefully. That concludes my review..

Friendly courtesies service. They even called me in the UK to inform me the process was complete.

Unfortunately!! 0 is not an option!! I had no issues with the security guard, the lady checking to ensure you had ALL of the necessary documentation and ensuring to copy them REMARKABLE. The second custom officer I dealt with...RUBBISH!!!. There is NOTHING in any of the documentation required. on the website, on the application form stating that a BARBADIAN DRIVERS LICENSE is not an accepted form of ID at this institution. When advising the customs officer of this discrepancy she's going to reason, they are other places that don't accept it. However!!! If it was stated somewhere I would be aware and walk with another form of ID however, I had to make more than 1 trip there and was still faced with inefficiencies as I told her I want to have the passport mailed and when I got to the cashier I had to go back to her yet again!!!! For another form to be completed for this to be done!! Why does it seems like everything in Barbados has be a painstaking experience?????
