My sincere thanks to Melissa (service window 18) for a wonderful service experience. She was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was advised to use the DHL service, instead of express mail service, as the express mail service lacked any definitive delivery date assurance. The DHL service, to Canada, was three days. Expensive option at $70 BBS.

On the 11/09/2025 I went to send a package via DHL, and was badly treated in their office near the airport. I went to Worthing Post Office, and asked for help sending my parcel, MS. S. Richards, instead of saying " No Please!" She very professionally said that she was going to ask the Postmaster as she didn't know the answer to my questions. A very professional and distinguished Mr. Randy Nightingale told me that I could still send the parcel DHL from Genearl Post office. I went and in half an hour, everything was finalised by a lovely trainee who greeted me, then passed me on to Ms Janalyn who processed things beautifully with smiles and humour. The best part $55 instead of $135 same company but with government employees who i truly am in awe and gratitude from Worthing Post Office to the General Post office in Bridgetown.

Absolutely Awful. As a small business owner, the service is horrid and very unreliable. I posted an item for a customer and it took 3 months to arrive at the destination. When asking about it no one knows and no one cares. One star is too much.

I paid for a delivery service to Barbados, so was shocked to hear they charged my partner to collect.. When they was meant to deliver it in the 1st place. Why are they charging for collection. I already paid for the service
