My review concerns the Belleville location. Slowest moving group of workers on the planet . Be prepared to wait an hour or more just to get blood drawn. Felt like I was at a local polyclinic. Never again..

Called the Thursday spoke with such a lovely young lady that answered the phone asked to have my results emailed to my doctor she told me no problem called back tomorrow the results should be ready by then. Called back the Friday and spoke to Donna not much manners “we can’t email them you would have to come and pick them up” 🤔 okay I’m gonna self discharge and walk over there. 😕

Waited a bit long, but there is a fair and efficient ticketing system in place. Lab technician was quite proficient at his job and got what he needed with the least discomfort. Drinks available for those who fasted before having blood taken - nice added touch.

The staff at belville are truly incredible. Karen is truly amazing. She treated me so well . She made me feel so at home and at ease. Thank you also to the receptionist for great service . I would recommend them to anyone 😊
