You must have a lot of patience to me able to get blood drawn at this space. I was given wrong information, but thankfully the receptionist, who is a magician, gave me enough information to make decisions to affect how my day moved forward. I took my number at 8:30, and at 11:15 I left the facility...on a Saturday. There was one phlebotomist working. The three stars is for the receptionist wonderful support.

My review concerns the Belleville location. Slowest moving group of workers on the planet . Be prepared to wait an hour or more just to get blood drawn. Felt like I was at a local polyclinic. Never again..

Called the Thursday spoke with such a lovely young lady that answered the phone asked to have my results emailed to my doctor she told me no problem called back tomorrow the results should be ready by then. Called back the Friday and spoke to Donna not much manners “we can’t email them you would have to come and pick them up” 🤔 okay I’m gonna self discharge and walk over there. 😕

Waited a bit long, but there is a fair and efficient ticketing system in place. Lab technician was quite proficient at his job and got what he needed with the least discomfort. Drinks available for those who fasted before having blood taken - nice added touch.
