BCIC lack basic customer service principles such as clear and timely communication, and based on my experience, I would not recommend BCIC.

Giving a one star is even a bad thing Wud say poor from cashier to customer service and also waiting time for a payment alone is 2 hours and much more
6 ppl working atm with 2 ppl eating snack one his phone and one a laptop and cashier taking payment one Customer every 20 min
Worst of all
Is their so called break down assistance you have a better chance on going to the moon first before they ever answer a return call

This establishment is truly the worst in the business on island. Arguably, the region. 2 years running they raised my premium by 30% with no accidents, I enquired why, no real response. I then got a quote from their site that came back $600 dollars less than their renewal notice. Noone can tell me why that is. The only glimmer of hope was Keiann Carrington, she tried to be proactive and save a customer, but that stellar customer service was met with stonewalling by management! I hope she finds a team more suitable for her service excellence!

I am concerned about the operational efficiency of this Barbadian insurance provider. The manager's communication skills are deficient, and her apparent unwillingness to address client issues is unacceptable. Furthermore, the consistent failure to answer phones raises serious questions about the company's customer service and overall viability.

This insurance company is the WORST at customer care & communication . They never answer the telephone or reply to emails. Furthermore you have to continuously annoy them to receive a certificate of insurance. I always wondered why their rates were affordable, clearly it is to make up for their horrendous customer service!
