BFPA has modern facilities with experienced staff. The new location has ample parking. It is a family friendly clinic in the city. Chargers are reasonable and low.

Service was with a smile. From the guard, receptionist, nurse and then the doctor. I didn't have an appointment. It was a Saturday visit to have my yearly check up and the wait was not to long even if i had to i was prepared to wait. The building is very modern with beautiful lay out and decor is very colourful. I felt very relaxed and comfortable.

There is not much of a point making an appointment for this clinic because you sign in on the same clipboard as those who walk in and you have to wait if others are ahead of you. Call ahead and ask about wait time if you have other plans for your day. I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Dr. Jordan who is patient and very knowledgeable, she gave great detail to my conditions and treatment. Lab results require in person follow up and counseling (they will not email or give you results over phone). I was disappointed with the follow up counseling, I didn’t feel the nurses were fully knowledgeable to my questions and sometimes they told me point blank they didn’t know the answers. In that case I should be speaking to someone who does. Next time, I would INSIST on Dr. Jordan if she’s available. Bedside manner in general could be improved. Don’t expect a warm greeting from anyone lol, though I found the nurses to be the most friendly. I found the cost of care to be reasonable but be aware that it is CASH ONLY for labs, so may want to bring $100+ BDS or call ahead and ask for the cost of tests you’re interested in Overall this clinic is a very helpful resource to access, you just have to go in with the right expectations for your experience

This establishment is very unprofessional and have no regard for people’s time, I had an appointment for 9:00, got there at 8:50 and had to wait until 9:50 just to see the nurse, then they told me to go back to the waiting room until the ONLY DOCTOR IN THAT DAY was free to see me even though I booked a nurse to do the Pap Smear, come to find out I couldn’t get it done that day because since it my first time I need to see a doctor after waiting 2 HOURS. The staff is very rude and tries to cover for the lack of professionalism from the doctors and nurses. My whole thing is I had an appointment I did not walk-in, why should I have to wait that long. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

staff here has some major attitude problems and very unprofessional. my name got called and the nurse took me to her room. she proceeded to take my blood pressure and ask me the reason for my visit that day. in the middle of my explanation to her, i was interrupted when her colleague knocked on the door without waiting to be called in, and barged inside asking whats for lunch. like seriously ???? in the middle of dealing with a patient y'all carrying on a whole conversation about what for lunch and who going lunch when??? then had the audacity to say sorry about that. UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
