Wonderful experience with Black Cab and our driver Kelly was awesome. Highly recommend if you are coming to Dominica on a cruise to use their services instead of the excursion from the boat. It's a very comfortable ride with a knowledgeable, local driver. We had tons of fun, 10/10!

Unreliable. Booked them in advance for our entire week+ stay in Dominica, pre booked every ride. Our assigned driver was apparently assigned to other rides as well which is cool, but we ended up with long wait times, random drivers & lots of confusion. The icing on the cake was confirming a 5:30am ride to the airport the night before we left & still ending up having to contact an entirely different cap service to take us because no one at Black Cab was answering the phones/texts. I’m super disappointed in this experience.

First time in Dominica. And the driver did an excellent job getting us to our destination. He went above and beyond. He answer our questions about the island and was pleasant to talk to for the duration for the ride.

I was very impressed with the services that Black Cab services provided. The level of urgency and efficiency is the things I admired the most and will definitely urge everyone to contact them for their services.

The experience was smooth and relaxing felt at ease with the driver down to earth guy Hardworking and effectively determined to succeed a true motivation to a young guy like me. For sure will book again, will even leave a juicy tip
