In my opinion, this is not a good place to stay at if you are visiting Barbados, especially if you are travelling with family. The Room The appartment was in bad condition. It was small and had old, dirty and worn kitchen equipment, bad bed/pillows and a broken, dirty clothes storage. Towels and bed sheets were random, there was no standardization in quality. The Place This B&B is located next to a building site with all the noice that follows. This B&B is also located at a spot that floods easily when it rains. We had some heavy rain one night and the next day it looked like the two rooms facing the road had taken in water. We had to walk about 100 yards in knee deep water to get out of the flooded area. The public area was frequented by drug users and sometimes drug dealers offering us to buy illegal narcotics which made us very unease. One night, someone had a party in the public area and kept us awake until 1 A.M when we had an early morning the next day. There was no staff around so I went out and asked them what they were doing since they were so loud. They got very aggressive and confrontational so I decided to let it go for our safety. The public area with the pools had old, moldy, dirty cushions that were never changed and always left out in the sun to also get miscolored. The Service We booked an appartment that according to the add was supposed to have a living room but only a studio appartment was given to us when we checked in. We claimed a partial refund through the booking service as a compensation for being misled by the add but the host refused it and updated the add to avoid responsibility. Luckily, we had taken pictures of the original add and managed to get a partial refund from the booking service (not from BLR).

Being at this Villa makes it a home away from home experience for me. The mini pools, the patio lounge, clean rooms and beverages to keep you going. Everything you need for a good vacation is only minutes away. The beach, supermarket, night life and good food. The staffs were quite pleasant and friendly always willing to help and the owner is so simple, easy going and always ready to assist in whatever ways he can. I would recommend a getaway vacation to anyone looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful and a home sweet home kind of feeling. Definitely going back there!!! Blessings to you and your team Dwayne✨️✨️

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it.I did not stay there I had to book another hotel after being left outside crying in the middle of the night. Check-in: Staff took my card for payment but never handed me any keys. Communication was poor and unprofessional. Room: The room offered was extremely small, poorly maintained, and located right next to a loud pool area with no soundproofing. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Environment: The property was noisy and chaotic—loud music, heavy smoking right outside the door, and even inappropriate behavior happening steps away from the room. As a non-smoker, the smoke was unbearable. Cleanliness & Safety: The place felt dirty and unwelcoming. It did not feel like a safe or relaxing environment for a vacation. Customer Service: When I expressed my concerns, I was refused a refund and treated disrespectfully. The manager was rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for guest comfort.

My experience was horrible. First, they withdrew money from my account a week ago, so I canceled after speaking to someone there who is a Manager. His word was canceled, so someone else can book, and $489.00 was taken from my account. I had to tell them I'm going to get the police involved for them to refund my money now that they refunded only 458 keeping 31.00 of my money not nice people so don't put your card information for them to take your money

Spacious and well-equipped studio apartment with a large, comfortable bed. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There are two lovely small pools on site, and the location is excellent--just a short walk to the beach and the vibrant nightlife of St. Lawrence Gap. Dover Mart, a nearby convenience store, stays open until 10 PM. They offer airport transfers, which are convenient, but I opted for the official airport taxi, which was more budget friendly. You could also get here by taking bus no. 27 if you don't mind the short 6 minute or so walk.
