Staff had terrible attitude and incredibly slow. We waited a lot to order. Then 20 minutes wait to be told that they don’t have one of the meals. Then more wait and they handed over one sandwich hot and the other cold. No offer to compensate any of it we even had to ask for a simple refund of the price difference between the original order and the alternative.

This Buger King store had the worst staff I've seen. When I approached the counter, it seemed like I was an inconvenience to the staff who where to busy talking to each other. Then when asked for a burger with cheese, I was told "thats a breakfast item only" (since when). Staff was more concerned about not working.

The service was good! I did a survey and I went to collect my free sandwich but I had to purchase a drink and fries to get the sandwich. The service was fast didn't have to wait to long. The cashier called the supervisor who came an actioned the transaction in a timely manner. The chicken sandwich was so good. The fries are excellent and the food was a good temperature. Eat my food with a lovely good.

They consistently get my order wrong at this location. Even when they aren't busy, something goes wrong.

I was very disappointed with the service at the Hastings branch. My receipt shows that my order was given and paid for at 7:45pm. The lady told me to park and wait and took my car number. As time passes I see three cars which arrived after me get their food. I moved closer to the entrance to see what was happening. There were many cars outside that night just waiting for their orders having paid via the drive through. I ask an employee what was the status of my food and she asked “wuh iz you orda again?!” I was quite taken back and told her she should know my order as she wrote my license plate down. It is now 8:30pm and I have not been given an explanation or an apology for the ridiculous wait. I then received my order but In 3rds she gave me part of my order I had to remind her there is a drink she goes back in for the drink then I reminded her I had another part to my order she goes back in to learn they are now being prepared. She brings the last part out. I received no apology and was meet only with a terrible attitude. When I opened the food it looked awful and not appetising at all. The lettuce was wilted and old. I just ended up throwing away my burger. The food was definitely not worth the wait! I have supported BK quite a bit since it opened and I must conclude that last evening’s poor service has been a complete turn off. Please train your staff better especially at the Hastings Branch.
