After a whole day of running around we got super hungry and started looking for a spot that was actually open on this side of the island. We ended up at Cariba. The vibe there was really rustig, calm and chill, with a nice atmosphere.
We got helped right away — the lady who served us was super friendly and made us feel welcome. I went for noodles with chicken and honestly, it was pretty delicious. Can’t remember exactly what my friends ordered (oops 😅) so I just snapped some pics for you to see.
All in all, Cariba turned out to be such a nice little gem. If you’re looking for a quiet place to eat, this is it. 🍜✨

Excellent food at very reasonable prices. If you're looking for a night out from your hotel this is a great place to go for good Bajan cooking.
The fish curry is particularly good, mild and fruity and the bread pudding was fantastic to finish off.

Very friendly service, but all of the food we had (jerk pork spring rolls, beef noodles and chicken curry) were significantly over-sweetened for our taste unfortunately. Prices on the high side too.

Had an excellent meal last night at Cariba.
Would definitely recommend it - the duck was perfectly cooked and presented, served with delicious vegetable spring rolls. We will be back. 👍😎

We went last night and had the catch of the day, veggie curry and the bread pudding. Everything was simply delicious. Flavors are vibrant and representative of the island. If you’re looking for an authentic Caribbean dining experience, Cariba is a great option.
Beyond that, as it’s our overall experience on the island, the staff is very warm, and friendly. They provided awesome recommendations, like the bread pudding, which is a most have (with cinnamon ice cream!
