Engañados. Éramos un grupo de 10 personas.Nos cobraron una excursión de una hora aproximadamente y no llegó ni a 25 minutos. Íbamos en fila índia y dando un paseo despacio pasando un rato por zonas urbanas. Una estafa. Nos quejamos y no nos hicieron caso. Nos fuimos muy decepcionados. No volveremos seguro. We were a group of 10 people. They charged us for an approximately one-hour excursion, but it didn't even last 25 minutes. We walked single file, strolling slowly through urban areas. It was a rip-off. We complained, but they ignored us. We left very disappointed. We definitely won't be back. We were ripped off. We were a group of 10 people. I went through this company for a Carnival excursion in April and they are awful. Clearly the goal is to make as much money as possible and not ensure a good customer experience. It was EXTREMELY overbooked causing everyone to be stuck in a line that was barely moving waiting to go through the waterfall slides for 2 additional hours. An excursion that was supposed to take 3 hours from start to finish took closer to 5-6. We were given water at the beginning, but this was certainly not enough for the duration of time we were stuck out there waiting, especially with as hot and muggy it was. No where to use the bathroom for that entire duration of time or anything, all because they overbooked. I would say they probably booked 2x the number of customers that they actually had the capacity for. We made in back to the ship in time but ended up with no other time to explore due to the extra hours wasted waiting. However, the ship still; was delayed leaving due to other guests further behind us on this excursion or that did the combo with zip lines and buggies. The slides were fun to go through but 100% not worth the incredibly long wait in the heat with no water, bathrooms, or even a place to sit. I would NEVER do anything with this company again, clearly all they care about is the bottom line.

I did the waterfall, buggy and monkey adventure with this tour group. Very disappointed. You only get a limited amount of when the ship docks on the island . This tour group doesn't really seem to care if they waste your time or not. We got off the boat in the morning and met at the Port and stood around for almost an hour. We finally got to the bus and waited another 15-20 minutes before we headed off for our 40 minute drive. Once we go to the adventure tour area, we waited another 30 minutes before we hiked to the water fall. The water fall hike was about 20-30 minutes, spent 10-15 minutes at the water fall and hiked back. Our next stage of the adventure was the ATV's (the buggies) Again waiting 30-45 minutes and then told there was a mix up and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes or so. All this time, there was just mass confusion and no sense of urgency that our time was being wasted. This is a company that does this everyday, but there was no organization and zero efficiency. After standing around for another 45 minutes or so we were then told the Buggy trip was cancelled due to rain...ok, fine..but why did this take 45 minutes to figure out? So much standing around and waiting was awful. We had another 30 minute drive to see the monkeys...this was the highlight of the tour. Very cute and alot of fun....but this lasted 20 minutes, then back on the bus and back to the boat. So 6-7 hours of being at the Dominican Republic, we were actually doing something for probably two hours or so....so much time wasted standing around and not knowing what was going on. We were told that due to the buggy trip being cancelled we would see a partial refund...I have not seen anything as of yet and I doubt I will. My biggest issue, is that you don't have alot of time to experience things on the island, and the people who run this tour just don't seem to care at all. If you stand there for 5 minutes or an hour, it's all the same to them and that really stinks. I would never do business with this Tour group again.

Fun experience that we will never forget, staff was hilarious and a great vibe to be around. Provides transportation from the port. Would recommend!

Absolutely loved it! 100% would go Again! When you first arrive you’re greeted by your tour guide you either start with the buggie s or the water fall. I had a blast on the buggies driving them through mud and rivers. They had both two and four seater SXS available! I would recommend wearing shoes that you’re comfortable getting dirty. The guides are full of humor and excitement!
