Casona Pavía | Alternative Lodging

I can't believe it's been two months and I haven't written a review yet! I went back to San Juan in late March/early April and decided to stay at Casona Pavia; it was amazing, and such value for the money! I loved, loved, loved the house and the area - it's super convenient to the beach (about a 20 minute walk), grocery store, etc., and did I say it was amazing? I hated to leave there and cannot wait to go back. Mauricio - the owner - was an excellent host, and the place was kept spotless, but not so much where you didn't feel like you could be comfortable. I'll be back in Santurce soon, and when I go back, I'll definitely stay at Casona Pavia!

I really love this place! It is a fusion of contemporary and past century. Attentions from the owner, is amazing! Casona is very well located to the airport, beach and restaurants. It is located in quiet neighborhood. You'll love it!
