Birthday dinner was delicious and restaurants a very cute setting with excellent service. They constantly check on you (shoutout Ricardo) and make sure you state birthday booking for THE experience. On the pricier end but I couldn’t fault the food at all and the sunset views were dreamy!

What a night!! Went there for my sister in law’s 60th birthday celebration. Absolutely perfect. Exquisite food, exemplary service, personalized menu (recognizing the occasion) sea front table (booked well in advance). A truly magical evening that will be hard to surpass!

Been to Champers a number of times and it’s one of my favorite restaurants to visit on island.
The portion sizes are great. The food is top tier and the service matches that.
Would definitely recommend Champers to anyone searching for a nice dining experience.

Expected better. To start with we received the cocktail menu, pleasantly surprised by the “specialty martini” selection. Not one of these drinks is a martini, as a gin lover this was highly disappointed and showed lack of knowledge from the bar. We were given a choice of flavoured oils and balsamic vinegar, I opted for the plain as I love a good olive oil, only to find out it was pomace oil not extra virgin olive oil and industrial grade balsamic, which chefs use for making a balsamic reduction. This balsamic has no place being served directly on a plate. The seared tuna was nice, but the iron it was cooked on needed to be hotter and tuna seasoned to create a proper crust and sear. Doing this and resting will allow the heat to penetrate properly. Unfortunately the tuna centre was cold. The broccoli tempura was cooked in clean oil, but the broccoli was overcooked and batter stodgy. I suggest they try something easier to tempura, prawns would be an obvious option and serve the dish with some steamed or grilled veg. Crème brûlée was ok, very thick crust and pre-made chilled. I would expect a restaurant like this should finish the desert on demand. If I’m to get petty, which I don’t think it is, it’s just either a lack or knowledge or love from the chef, hull the strawberries! You can replace the green with a sprig of mint or something similar.

Champers is a gorgeous restaurant that truly delivers on every level. The food was amazing and absolutely lived up to the high standards I’d heard about. The staff were warm, friendly, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. For the quality and ambiance, I also found the prices to be quite reasonable.
We visited for a belated celebration, and I loved the thoughtful touch of their custom menus. It was the cutest surprise and made the evening feel extra special.
Cheers to Champers for a wonderful dining experience!
