This was our first experience with a private water taxi and Chillout was superb! The boats on both trips, to and from, were impressive and very comfortable. We did have great weather on both legs, but the return leg did have an enclosed section to keep us dry if needed. The captains were both professional and on time. The land taxis were both on time and ready for us. Communication was great prior to and on the days of each trip.

We had a great day with Captain Robin. Even though the weather was off in the morning causing red flags at our first stop, we ran to the best spot to get some sun. Robin was flexible and accommodating to our needs. Our family ranges from 8 to 60 and everyone's needs were met and made comfortable.
We would absolutely recommend this charter while you're on the island And will hopefully book again next year.

I am writing this while we are on our trip to the Virgin Islands. We used Chill Out as a water taxi from St. Thomas to Leverick Bay on Virgin Gorda. During booking and leading up to the trip, the staff was fantastic at providing us with all of the info we needed and answering every question we had. Everything went just as they said it would. Captain Robin called to make sure we had landed safely and that we knew where to meet him. He helped carry bags from our car to the boat. The whole trip took about 1 hour and 20 minutes including a stop at West End BVI for customs. Robin took care of everything there. We didn’t have to get off the boat. Plenty of refreshments were available, and we had a blast! We are looking forward to the ride back in a couple of days.
Our return trip from Virgin Gorda to St. Thomas was fantastic! Robin was our captain again. He helped us with customs at Cruz Bay. I forgot to leave my rental keys with the car on Virgin Gorda. He helped us with that as well.
When we come back to the BVI, we are definitely using Chill Out Charters.

Amazing day with captain Robin! Picked us up near the cruise port and quickly took us to our destination- Jost Van Dyke! Had plenty of drinks on board and the boat trip alone was so beautiful and fun! Spent the day playing at the beach and relaxing. A must do when visiting BVI!!

We were in for a cruise stop in Tortola and booked a private boat day with Chill Out Charters. It was AH-MAZING and we highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic BVI experience. Capt Jamie was awesome and let us plan our day with his suggestions on the best way to spend our time. We went to the Baths and then snorkeled with turtles in THE most pristine spot. Cannot recommend highly enough!
