I booked a round trip transport from Santo Domingo to La Romana with Cocotours. I found them to be very communicative and prompt. Prior to any pickup the company would reach out to confirm all travel details and provide me with driver information. The drivers were on time for both trips and the rides were comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this company for your travel needs.

We had 3 prearranged transfers, from the Punta Cana airport, from a hotel to the cruise port and from the La Romana cruise port back to Punta Cana airport. For each ride, the driver was on time, or early, (waited for us a long time at the airport due to a bag delay). The van was always clean and each driver drove very safely. At the hotel, other cruise guests using other companies were jealous as we were picked up on time as they were still waiting. We highly recommend and would use them everytime!

Our driver Michael was outstanding! He arrived early to our home and loaded my 13 suitcases into the vehicle, managing to leave room for me and my six kids. I’ve had two great experiences with CocoTours and would recommend to anyone!

Armando Frias was an amazing driver! He drove us from Santo Domingo Airport all the way upto playabatcha in Puerto Plata. He made us felt safe, taking care of us before we arrived at the airport and all the way to the resort. Armando shared with us his great knowledge of the culture of Dominican. He made us felt like family.
