The Colleton Great House was the perfect venue for our wedding! We booked the grounds and all of the rooms for the weekend of our wedding. The grounds are prestine, the rooms and the east/west wing and set up were unique but at the same time comforting with character. Above and beyond, Sharon and Hadrian are absolute rock stars!! They made sure everything was in order at all times, throighout our whole stay. Vivian, the chef who prepared breakfast for us every morning made sure we were well fed and the food was amazing. We definitely will be back for some family events and we highly recommend the Colleton Great House for any event. The fact that rooms was an option to add, that definitely added to our experience on our wedding weekend. Thank you guys sooooo much!! Karla and Francis Cubos

We had an amazing stay at Colleton Great House in June. The house itself is beautiful, historic, but absolutely contemporary with all its amenities. The location is stunning, on a hill overlooking the sea and a short walk from great local bars and restaurants or a five minute uber into lively Speightstown. But what really sets the place apart is the service offered by Hadrian, Sharon, Vivian and the team. Their kindness and advice helped turn a holiday into a truly great trip.

We had such a lovely time here! Beautiful bedroom, gorgeous antiques and art in the house, and stunning views and garden The estate is super well maintained and it was a joy having breakfast with that view and spend time by the pool. Sharon, Hadrian, and the rest of the team were wonderful and incredibly helpful. We miss it already! Maya

Set on a beautifully preserved historic property, it perfectly balances old-world charm with a relaxed, boutique vibe that never feels stuffy or overdone. The real magic, though, comes from the hosts. Hadrian and Sharon were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. They have that effortless hospitality that makes you feel less like a guest and more like you’ve been invited into a very elegant home. Their knowledge of the property and the area added so much depth to the stay. Everything about Colleton Great House feels intentional: the peaceful atmosphere, the thoughtful details, and the sense of calm that settles in almost immediately. It’s refined but unpretentious, historic yet comfortable, and ideal if you’re looking to properly unwind somewhere with character and soul. A truly memorable stay—highly recommended for anyone who appreciates history, boutique accommodations, and hosts who genuinely care.

Beautiful experience staying here. Hadrian, Sharon and the team are amazing at making you feel very welcome. House is incredibly charming and it was a great place to base ourselves. Would v much recommend.
