Went to this store feb 7 2026 at approximately 3 in the afternoon. Asked the salesgirl closest to front door if store had any freshwater pearl earrings. She said they did not have any and showed me another type of pearl. She dropped a pad of paper in front of me and told me to "fill it out".. This was for the duty free??? I had Bajan $$ in my hand. She rudely said they ONLY accept American cash. This saleslady was so rude, unwelcoming and demeaning to me. I said "forget it" and left the store. I went to the international airport columbia emeralds and the salespeople had LOTS of freshwater pearls, accepted Bajan cash and were very helpful and friendly. I told them about this rude saleslady in Holetown. I will NEVER be back and i encourage people to shop at the Columbian Emeralds at the airport

I bought a beautiful rainbow sapphire ring on Dec 31, 2025. On Jan 6th I noticed a stone had fallen out…in 6 days!! I’ve tried calling all of the numbers on my receipt and the Statement of Value but it says all mailboxes are full. I’ve emailed customer service not yet heard back. Even tried calling the Barbados store direct…guess what? Mailbox is full. Hoping someone will see this and return my email!

Just walked out of this store as one of the women at a non duty free till to which we were directed (she works for the souvenir section) very rudely shooed us away with her hand like farmyard animals and then actually laughed at us in our faces. Do NOT go to this store if you are remotely interested in being treated civilly. This woman is an embarrassment to any business.

You're spoilt for choice here. There is so much to choose from and some amazing emeralds. I was looking for something nice for my partner to surprise her when I returned home, a nice ring 💍 and matching necklace. When in Barbados I'd highly recommend visiting here. You won't be disappointed.

Ask for Yaremis. She has a good eye for jewelry, she is patient and does her best to accommodate personalized requests. She did her best to find the piece I was looking for and to give the best price.
