This is our 4th time staying in these beachfront apartments. Only 10 paces from Payne's bay beach from your private patio overlooking the Caribbean sea. Great location and security guy (Romeo).

An amazing location and excellent service.
Literally “steps from the beach” with everything you think you might need waiting for you.
Walking distance to Holetown and to an array of shops and restaurants- from casual bars to high-end dining.
The service is top notch. They can arrange everything you need - from airport meet-and-greets to stocking the fridge, to your meals prepared onsite.
Honestly, couldn’t be happier with the decision to stay here and hope to be back again.
Thanks to Noémie, Kristina, Joseph, Devon, Chantal, Chef Rico, and everyone who has made this trip memorable.

Stayed here in 2021 on a family holiday. Great development-fab apartment-super spacious and right on the beach. Only downside is that there’s no pool on site. Except of course the Caribbean.
Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea especially at sunset. Very attentive and helpful staff. Safe and secure. Perfect for young kids with beach front entry, elevators, and central cooling in the apartments.

Great location, right on the beach. There was construction next door that started really early, not their fault but the only "bad" part. Great staff beautiful place!
