The double cutter sandwhich was 5/5! The fish was grilled perfectly, not dried out / and the bun it was on was really soft. Just a lovely cutter sandwich overall. The line up is long for a reason. Definitely a must try when at Pebbles Beach.

Worth the wait, must try at least once. Great for lunch time on the beach. (The stall next door sells chips if you want those to accompany) The opening hours on here aren’t accurate, you kind of just have to chance that it will be open on the day you want. The queue was roughly an hour long every time so bear that in mind - there’s no cover so you will be queuing in high sun.

We were really excited to try it because we had seen it mentioned in a show, and several locals also recommended it for its food. Our first attempt was on Friday, December 26. When we arrived, the place was already closed, even though Google Maps showed it should still be open. A person nearby explained that they had simply run out of food and closed earlier, which we accepted. We came back the next day and waited in line for a little over an hour. Unfortunately, the fish ran out right before our turn, and we only found out after standing in the full queue. This was very disappointing. The cook could have easily warned people in advance once it was clear that only a limited number of portions were left, so others wouldn’t have waited for so long. We understand slow service and were prepared for it, but it was frustrating that no effort was made to communicate this to the people waiting. Overall, the experience was disappointing, mainly because of the lack of communication, not the food itself.

One of my first stops when I get to the island. A Cuz Fish Cutter is the quintessential taste of Barbados. Salt bun, fried, locally caught fish that has been marinated in island herbs and spices... Pure bliss on a bun! Personally I don't do cheese but others say it is essential. What is essential is a healthy dose of the local hot pepper sauce and a bottle of Banks from a neighbouring stall before heading to the beach to enjoy. I can crush 3 or 4 of these on a bad day...

Went today brought 4 fish burgers. Everyone said the burgers were juice and they were very flavourful. Service is amazing the gentleman who served us was very polite.
