Such a waste of my time. Missed my flight back to the us, stopping here to use their advertised DHL shipping service. Operator advised she could not help me, because she did not have the scale? Do they take it home for the weekend? This made no sense to me. She did not offer to hold and try to ship for me on Monday. Nothing. Give the DHL contract to someone who is going to honor it, or at least post accurate operating hours.

I sent a package that was suppose to be a gift to the receiver, instead of calling me the sender you guys told the receiving party what's inside the package and asked for invoice. Couldn't you guys call the sender first and ask for those information.
