This is a fantastic car rental company with an outstanding booking portal that makes reservations incredibly easy. The vehicles are in top condition - clean, well-maintained, and reliable.
The pickup and drop-off process was remarkably quick and professional. The staff was efficient and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
The pricing is excellent - very competitive rates for the quality of service provided. I can highly recommend this car rental company to anyone looking for reliable transportation.
One small note for future customers: Although the booking portal allows you to select any time, actual rentals only start from 8:30 AM. If you enter a different time in the system, it will remain visible until confirmation but will be automatically adjusted to 8:30 AM in the background.
Despite this minor booking system quirk, the overall experience was outstanding. Will definitely use their services again!

I have rented from Drive-a-Matic 6 time over 2 months in Barbados. I love this company, they deliver and collect from your residence, the paperwork is quick and straight forward and rates are the best I've found on the island. The team as always happy, helpful and reduce any stress associated with previous cars I've hired. Communication and support from the central team is on point and so supportive. Repeat customers get a discount and I also got a free upgrade on my last hire. Special shout out to Sophia and Crystal C who felt like members of the family by the time I left. Thanks as always team.

Easiest car rental company I have dealt with. They can drop the car at your hotel / airbnb with no extra fee. No pressure to take their insurance if you have your own. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience every time we rent from DriveAMatic in Barbados! Their staff is super friendly, phone lines are always answered for questions or inquiries, and they make the deliver and pick up of your rental seamless! Shout out to Dennis the Operations Manager who is super helpful and makes sure our rental process goes smoothly! Audrey is also super helpful, he drops the car off and makes the process smooth. It’s taken me about a month - sorry - but I’ve never forgotten the amazing service received from this car rental company. You guyz need to bottle and sell your customer service. A client of mine had an issue with the car keys, I offered to deal with it by phoning your office, you drove to where my client was and got the key replaced 30 minutes. Five star service, would highly recommend your rental company.
