I always go to Elim Spa and honestly, they never disappoint. The team is so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place just feels calm the second you walk in.
I also love buying gift vouchers for my mum there. She recently had a reflexology session and a relaxation massage and came out completely renewed — she couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she felt.
Every treatment feels thoughtful and done with care. It’s definitely my little go-to spot in Cayman whenever I need a reset. Highly recommend 💛

I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff (Ren) were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my visit special. The massage itself was wonderful—perfect pressure, deeply relaxing, and exactly what I needed, (thank you Chloe) I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage this afternoon and have to say, the massage therapist, Chloe, was excellent. She is very friendly and professional and spent more time on the muscles and areas that needed attention. The receptionist Nel, is very friendly and welcoming, which added to a great experience. This was my third massage in three months and each time the service and reception has been excellent.

I really like the warm familiar welcome and treatment of the staff; they create a really comfortable atmosphere for visitors while still remaining professional. Chloe's deep tissue massage did away with my shoulder pain. Thanks ladies!
