I decided to visit Eye Q after dissatisfaction with previous prescriptions. The staff was extremely warm and friendly and the optician Alicia was not only very knowledgeable but was patient with me and my particular issue. Not only did she explain everything to me so I could understand my predicament but she even reached out to my ophthalmologist to clarify matters.
The main takeaway is that the entire team made me feel like they had my best interest at heart from prescription, to frame shape to lens tinting. They truly are a gem of a team!

Very friendly team. Agreable people who rapidly took care of my glasses' end piece. They then ensure to check the whole glasses and cleaned the lenses, as well.

My husband damaged his glasses while here on vacation. The extremely kind and professional gentleman repaired them and cleaned them (!) quickly and would accept no payment! Please accept our heartfelt thanks and glowing review of your establishment.

While on holiday my right eye became very irritated with what felt like something stuck under my eyelid. With just a few hours notice Alicia examined it thoroughly, tested for an infection, ensured there was no foreign object, and even referred me to a specialist. Whatever it was she did she fixed it because I was completely back to normal within a couple of hours. Superb service from Alicia, I can't thank you enough 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💐

The optometrist was so accommodating! She stayed after hours for us in an emergency to help. Very kind and 5/5 recommend!!
