Poor service, I was left at a pump for sometime without being informed it was not working. When I was finally told to reverse to another pump after the current vehicle moves the attendant still allowed the vehicle that came long after me to get gas before me. A waste of 15 minutes, attendant actually laughed at me as I was driving out. Not using Rubis again despite being loyal for the last 15 years.

Hartley is a gem - always greets me with a smile and asks how I'm doing and when I'm finished wishes me safe travels. I go out of my way to fuel up here so that I can enjoy that great service.

The staff here is always exceptional providing good service each and everytime

It's clean and the attendants are courteous. There are no self serve petrol stations here. You can even get your windscreen cleaned during a visit. You can even puck up a snack here also.
