We stopped to grab some premade food before our flight. The store had a good variety to choose from. The sandwiches and wraps were good and they cost a fraction of what airport food cost. The store was clean and organized.

Almost everything you need is here. Groceries, household items, sun screen, bug spray.
Also saved lots of money eating from the hot tables here. I would recommend.

What foolishness is this Fosters Airport?
While the sandwich looked excellent from the outside, upon opening it, There was only a tiny, meager piece of lettuce tucked inside, strategically placed just at the edge to create the illusion of a full, well-stocked sandwich.

Best place to go for groceries for those incoming to Grand Cayman airport. Had good selection of groceries and some fresh Snapper too!

Big and nice supermarket with all the conveniences—pharmacy, fresh cooked foods, and more. The highlight for me was the most amazing ube latte, made by a staff member with the biggest smile who said he made it with lots of love. Truly made my day!
