The staff are so friendly and accommodating! Always a beautiful manicure and very personalized treatment. As someone with sensitive skin, I was checked in on, ensuring everything was comfortable. Beautiful selection of colors and brands to choose from.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this nail salon. Coming from Europe — specifically Romania — I am used to having my manicure and pedicure done thoroughly, with the cuticles perfectly cleaned and trimmed. That feeling of “lightness” you normally get after leaving a salon, as if you’ve dropped a kilo… was completely missing here. Everything was done very superficially. Even though I clearly asked them to focus more on the cuticles, the technician seemed almost afraid to use the electric drill. The color and gel were not applied close enough to the cuticle either — I usually prefer a precise application, slightly under the cuticle, for a clean, long-lasting, professional look. Instead, the final result looked as if the manicure had already been done a week ago. Another major issue was the complete lack of transparency regarding hygiene. No sterilized instrument pack was opened in front of me, and I was not given a new file or buffer. This is absolutely unacceptable in a salon that works directly with the skin and nails of clients. As proof of this, one of my nails was painful and inflamed for several days after the appointment — something that should never happen if the procedure is done correctly and with sterile tools. On top of everything, I paid 255 Barbados dollars, which is extremely overpriced for the quality provided. I wasn’t even offered a glass of water or anything to drink, which is standard in most salons. I asked for a coffee myself, and in the end, I had to pay for it separately. I believe that at a salon or beauty center, at the very least, water, tea, or coffee should be complimentary. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below the standards I am used to — especially considering the price I paid.

Grateful to Mya for squeezing me in for a manicure, in addition to my pedicure service. She took great care with my nails and gave me good advice on next steps for protection and strength.
