I accidentally dropped my "old" Google Pixel 4a on the driveway, which broke the screen. It was completely blank, so the screen had to be replaced. Gadget Renew was top rated and for good reason. Ezra removed the old screen and installed the new one, while I waited. The new screen works perfectly, it's like a brand new phone.

Amazing 5 Star Service! While on vacation in Barbados the lithium battery on my cell phone decided to swell up. I shut off the phone to prevent any fire or explosion. I searched for cell phone repair in Barbados and they were the closest to the resort. I messaged them on Google and they responded within minutes. They did not have the battery in stock and called around but no one had it. They did however provide the service of removing the swollen battery from the phone so that I still was able to travel back with the phone without the battery in it to avoid any risk of fire on the plane. They even came to the resort and picked up the phone and quickly dropped it back to the resort within hours! I asked them to leave the screen off the phone so that I could quickly install the new battery when I got home. They bubble wrapped the screen and phone base separately to ensure safe travel. I came home and installed a new battery and everything worked perfectly! They were a life saver! Much appreciated!

I went to Gadget Renew based on directions and the in store person was very helpful, who put me on to the tech guy, and within 1 day they had my problem solved with my MacBook Air, which is a 2013 model that I had given up on, and they were able to fix. I am very grateful for them for being speedy and transparent, and of course, very reasonable with their pricing.

The night before my Xbox controller had stopped working. Next day I called Gadget renew and they replaced my joy sticks and I was able to have my controller back same day. Appreciate you guys!!

I contacted the agent and he responded right away. Because the condition of my broken tablet was extensive, he suggested a new one. He contacted several vendors on my behalf so that I could get a new one. He even offered to pick it up and deliver it to me! He was very professional, responsive and helpful. 👍🏽
