I want to publicly thank GIBBS Direct for their fast and efficient service. I truly appreciate the way their team reached out and handled my concerns with such professionalism and care. The service recovery was amazing and it’s refreshing to experience customer service that genuinely values its customers. Thank you again for going above and beyond — excellent service deserves to be recognized!

I ordered a printer online. When I got there it was waiting. The staff was pleasant, and I was in and out quickly. What more could I want?

I love Gibbes Direct. Such practical offerings. Things you never knew you need until you see them on the site. Great experiences every time in terms of service. Made quite a few purchases so far but there is always something I "need".
