What an amazing 10/10 experience. From reserving car through Alamo (which is fulfilled by GO Rent A Car was seamless, professional and courteous. I prepaid and filled out the paperwork online a dew days before arriving. Keys and cars were waiting for me as soon as we got to the rental office. I’ve rented cars all over the world and this had to be in the top 5 of ease and all around great people. A real pleasure. Will definitely return.

Excellent and trustworthy rental agency. They operate on behalf of Enterprise and several other big name rental companies.
I was given a Suzuki Swift, almost new with about 3k kms in usage. Vehicle was clean upon delivery. Vehicle was dependable and clearly well-maintained.
The entire check out and check in experience was efficient and I was able to drive off and enjoy the island from day 1.
Definitely I would use their services to rent again.
I think many rental outlets in Canada could actually learn from this company about customer service and vehicle maintenance.

For or 3rd trip to Barbados, we rented with Go Rent a Car (as an Alamo affiliate).
I've rented vehicles in Barbados, the U.S. and Europe over the last 35 years.
My experience with GO Rent a Car was the best I've ever had.
They sent the rental forms ahead of time. Called when I had inadvertently screwed something up, corrected the problem and we were good to go.
On arrival in Barbados we waited almost 2hrs for our luggage.
I was dreading what I assumed was going to be additional challenges at the rental car counter.
However, when I provided my name, the clerk said I was all set, grabbed keys and took me out to our waiting to vehicle.
Absolutely frictionless experience.
Drop off was equally as smooth.
We'll be renting from GO Rent a Car for our next trip to to Barbados.
We recommend you do the same.

When we picked up the car, the tint on all of the windows was wavy from having sat in the sun, which made it impossible to see clearly out of the driver’s side window. This is a serious safety issue. The tint on the windshield does not transition at all, so there is a solid line right at eye level. I reported these issues when I returned the car, but the manager at the airport location basically said there was nothing they could do since I didn’t report the problem sooner. Cheap tint and worse customer service. Look elsewhere for your rental vehicle.
