I am writing to share my appreciation for your front desk team member, Tyriq (I hope I'm spelling that right!). He recently assisted me with reserving a room for a family member's upcoming stay, and his customer service was truly outstanding. Throughout the process, Tyriq was incredibly professional, pleasant, and maintained a welcoming smile. Employees of his caliber are rare, and I wanted to ensure his hard work and excellent attitude were recognized by management.

Highly recommend whether you're passing through or staying a little while - great, caring, kind service at all hours of the day. I spent a little over 2 days here, kind of stuck without a my belongings & everyone was so kind & understanding with me. They even had a soup waiting for me when I arrived even because of the incredible late delay from the airline - too kind! For breakfast, the omelet is very good if you want to pay for it otherwise the continental is good. Cannot recommend the seafood boloñesa enough! So good!! Dinner can be a little pricey, but you can use the light menu items as well. Thank you to everyone on staff, highly recommend this place

Wonderful and historical place to stay! Highly recommend spending a night here on your travels to St Vincent. The band and bbq on Saturday nights was great. The service was very kind and attentive and the breakfast/restaurant was delicious.

We didn't stay here but dined here for dinner. Great food and great service. The waitress Keisha was great. We sat out on the Terrace which had water views over Kingstown. The hotel and restaurant have a ton of history and charm having been there for 100's of years.

My boyfriend and I stayed our entire trip at Grenadine House. Not only is the food at the restaurant probably the best on the island, but the drinks were awesome. The view from the top deck is a must see at sunset. Keisha was by far my favorite staff member. She is extremely helpful and always happy to give recommendations. We had so much fun connecting and talking music… she always had a smile on her face and made our stay feel very welcoming and comfortable. The hotel staff set us up with a tour and taxi company. The taxi/tour owner Grant was fantastic! He took us to the Owia salt pond, through some Karib villages, a waterfall, the black point tunnel and lunch in a small tiny village… we learned so much history about the island along the way. The hotel is walking distance to the ferry terminal, botanical gardens and a few other good places to eat in Kingstown.
