Leonard Cartwright was just as great as everyone says. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Cave was genuinely incredible and was full of life if you look close enough. Bats were active and it was enjoyable to see them flying. Would definitely return.

3 of us had a great tour with Leonard yesterday. The cave is so cool! I can just imagine all of explorers that have weathered hurricanes, pirates and the heat in there. There are bats to see, crabs, spiders and some amazing stalagtite and stalemate. Leonard does a great job with the tour. He takes his time and is very funny. I definitely recommend taking this tour when you are on Long Island. Leonard also rents the cave for some events if you are looking to have a different kind of setting.

Mr. Leonard gave us a great tour and many interesting stories about the cave and history of Long Island. Definitely worth the trip.
