Breath taking views. There is a path down from the cliff. The lighthouse door was closed so we could not climb it. We heard it is usually open. It is no longer operational. Also, who knew that US submarines used to enter a cave under the cliffs...

An abandoned lighthouse, some other ruin of a building next to it, a great picnic spot, and some great views of the sunset with the sun shommering over the water Requires a short trek over a beaten path and it's secluded, so it feels like an adventure getting to it. The lighthouse can supposedly be climbed, but I don't recommend it as it looks to be in bad shape and help is a bit far away There are several well-maintained chairs and picnic tables, so it'd be a great picnic spot.

This was the first time I've ever seen Harrison's Point. The area is accessed by a secluded unmaintained road, but it is worth a visit. Unfortunately for us, the actual lighthouse has been recently closed up, and it is no longer possible to climb the internal staircase to the top. Despite all that, there are park benches there, and it could be used as a picnic spot. It is nice and breezy, and the view towards the ocean was fantastic.
