The stars at this well equipped resort were undoubtedly Miss Josette the best cook in town with her delicious Vincy breakfast of cod fish,plantain and bakes; a morish lunch of callaloo soup and delectable chicken pelau. The best homecooked food on the island by far. Miss Josette could not do enough for my small party of three Londoners left stranded by InterCaribbean Airways; and the sweet Young, the extremely helpful resort hand who carried 6 suitcases like the He-Man superhero, tended the bar and everything else. It was relatively low season (March 2026) but there were a handful of guests and so no reason not to have the pool cleaned in advance and at least one bar open for guests to quench their thirst in the 28degree heat. The food at the Kulture Bar and Grill was of a high standard in terms of taste and presentation and the ladies managing the venue were very lovely too. A good place to land for another two unexpected nights on the island.

I did not stay at this hotel. I went there to meet a friend. The hotel seems nice and it has a lot of rooms. This hotel is out of the way for me. You need to have a vehicle to get to and from, or you would have to walk at least 15 minutes give or take going uphill to get to it.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple hours due to my flight being cancel . Rain was falling when we had was to leave , so my husband and I decided to walk with the towels over our heads to shelter the rain , leave the towels at front desk. When we reach at the airport checking in we heard our husband name calling over the system, he hurried to check Security, to see what can be the problem . The hotel call the airport saying we stole their towels . I was soooooo mad 😠. You guys need to communicate better in your Establishment.

Wonderful service. The work done by our maid was exceptional. The cleanliness of the grounds and the pools was first class. The accommodation was faultless. The only downside was that the food was mediocre - it wasn't bad, but it really wasn't great either. Other than that, I'd strongly recommend the Alexandrina to anyone. Great value too.
