First time experience. Charmaine didn't just brief me and operate the machinery, she engaged me like a friend.
I was told to examine myself in the mirror, before and after. Nothing stood out to me.
The day after, I did 30 mins exercise. I looked in the mirror, I now saw the difference. I looked brighter in the eyes/face. I looked present and alert. I looked different to my usual post-workout look.
The price was very reasonable, and worth the money. Manyt thanks.
