My battery had died from a period of unuse. Shaquille, the assistance responder gave committed, first rate service. This young man was.pleasant, efficent and caring. I could have wanted for no better help. May he continue to do well and succeed in his job.

I visited their building to renew my car insurance. It was easy to find a parking space, and I did not have to wait very long before visiting the cashiers to pay.
There’s seating on the right for elderly and disabled people. I did not need to wait there very long before getting an adjustment to my premium for lower valuation and paying.
A staff member had emailed me earlier in the day to remind me about renewing my insurance, so while I was waiting for the cashier I sent her a quick reply saying I was there in the building. After I finished she had come down from her office to say hello !
That was really good customer service.

Service was excellent. Members of staff were extremely polite and professional. G4S female guard on duty was very polite as well.

Poor service and uncomfortable inner environs. Guards and front desk were helpful however no number system, no chairs in inner waiting area, limited cashiers (2 cashiers) in rush hour 12-1pm, mainly elderly customers being forced to stand and wait for prolonged times.
Outer waiting room not visible to cash terminals. Other agents in same inner waiting room seen sitting comfortable with empty chairs in front of their desks.
One rude obnoxious woman wearing ICBL uniform after overhearing my conversation with another customer regarding the lack of seating chose to offer me a chair for my 'bad knee' or other condition I have. I politely declined and then she started quoting biblical verses in earshot of other customers. She even had the audacity to attempt to sell me insurance, which I politely declined also.

Love this insurance company, service and greeting upon arrival is always welcoming...attentive agents with helpful information and guidance...always make me feel at ease while doing business with them.
I highly recommend ICBL for their professional service and reasonable rates in taking out travel insurance.
