Rented from a very nice and responsive couple on VRBO. The place is great, clean, there is a nice pool. The management is good a cleaning and the place is well run. The other apartment owners are mostly Canadian and very nice and welcoming. The one major downside is that there is a events company that has kit stores in front of the apartments and they make a LOT of noise early in the morning and sometimes during the full day. It ruins the morning coffee/ breakfast on the balcony. That said the location is good and is a short walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. If you rent here, it would be best if you are an early riser, get your breakfast in and jet out for your day.

Very nice but a 5 or 10minute walk to the beach and you have to cross quite a busy road.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 and a half bath villa and loved it. Very clean and everything was in working order. The property manager is fast to respond and our transaction went smoothly. The location is great because you are a 10 minute walk to the beach, shopping and several dining options. Very safe neighborhood.
