Spent one night in transit. Got a lovely apartment, comfortably furnished holiday apartment, with a view of tge sea. It comes with a good sized fully furnished kitchen and eating area on a large balcony. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The toilet is separate. Both areas have independent A/C units. The area is very peaceful and a stone's throw from the beach in one direction and from the "Village Creole" in the other, which has lots of restaurants and shops. Though mine was a brief stay i enjoyed every minute of it. A special mention that Margot in reception was very friendly and helpful.

A perfect week at Résidence Kaouane! Beautiful location close to everything! Beaches, restaurants, car rentals, etc... Room #12 had a magnificent view (probably the best), hot water, very clean, and a good size. The kitchen was fine for cooking simple meals. Secure parking. Very satisfied with this studio. I recommend it 100%.

This residence is brand new and therefore very clean. It's located in a cul-de-sac, so it's a quiet residence. All the rooms have a water view. The apartments are very well equipped. The Wi-Fi works very well. There is parking available on site. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beach is 100 meters from the residence. The residence is close to shops but far enough away to avoid the noise (approximately 300 meters). A great restaurant with a water view is also just 100 meters away.

Beautiful apartment, very well located. Quiet neighborhood, just steps from Anse Mitan beach, which is truly beautiful and close to everything: restaurants, cafes, marina, grocery store, convenience store, car rental, ferry to Fort-de-France, etc. The balcony is large and exceptional, with a view of the sea, sailboats, and wonderful sunsets. It was the apartment's biggest plus. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Remember to bring sugar, salt, pepper, and oil if you plan to cook. I recommend bringing large Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine. We stayed there for 7 days. The apartment wasn't cleaned, but the towels were changed once, after 3 days. If you want washcloths, I suggest bringing your own. They weren't provided. We found it odd that the shower was open in the middle of the bathroom, so the floor was always wet. It could be dangerous, but it's a minor detail. Everything was clean, the elevator was very convenient, and the reception staff were very friendly. Important to know: the reception closes early, so if you plan to arrive in the evening, I suggest you let them know beforehand. We felt safe in the neighborhood and at the residence. We'll be back!
