The staff is always helpful. I wish they opened later on Sundays but 2pm is reasonable. I love the new system that allows you to enter your tracking number before getting to the counter. Knutsford is cost effective and fast. A larger parking spot would be a plus.

Good Day Everyone On my last trip of 2024. I took the Knutsford Express. I used the app and prepaid online. There is a little discount and one can accrue points that provide discounts. The price is about $25 USD. Again a little cheaper thru the app. I have taken the bus before but this was my first trip out of Montego Bay. First let me tell how to get there! Do NOT go outside after you clear customs and the massive crowds stay to your left. There is a sign that states Knutsford. But wait, you have to walk outside and everyone will tell you “Knutsford is in the back” so you have to walk outside pass several other bus companies. There’s a ramp to the Knutsford office. The office is packed!!! The lady at the door was very polite but please be prepared for a traffic jam. The line is in front but one cannot check in with the luggage, there is luggage all over the lobby. I showed the lady my confirmation and she handed me my boarding pass. I am used to the free small bottle of water at the Luana station but I did not receive one on this day. Moving forward and to the right I headed outside to wait for the bus. Outside of the disorganization in the office, tripping over luggage and chaos with the lines. The experience was great. You have to tag your suitcases so have a pen or marker.It was a much more pleasant experience with the Knutsford staff versus the Sangster staff hands down.The bus temperature was not consistent it warm at times. There is WiFi and a restroom on board. The concept is genius considering the cost of taxis in Jamaica. I definitely have been taking the Knutsford on many of my trips this year. Reasonably priced. The function of the courier service is good. The speed of the representatives is agonizingly slow. It takes way too long to either ship or receive.

In and out very quickly each time I go there. Things are quite orderly there.

Easy quick pick up experience. Entering the package number initially at the door is an efficient process.
