La Esperanza’s Jerk Chicken, better known as Bussies, is a must stop in Cayman Brac.
The chicken is well seasoned, smoky, juicy, and cooked just right, with that authentic Caribbean jerk flavor that hits from the first bite. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the taste is consistently solid.
This is real local food done properly. If you want something flavorful, satisfying, and truly Brac, La Esperanza’s (Bussies) Jerk Chicken will not disappoint.
