Helpful staff who went out of their way to help I get the Pedego E-Cargo Bike from Baton Rouge, LA to St. Philip Barbados and back home. We came up with no way of having the Bike & battery make the round trip. Please help!!!

The best I can rate Laparkan is a 2 because CSRs were mostly kind and tried to help where they could.
There seems to be many shortcomings in communication across the board. Called 2 weeks ahead after being instructed to do so by their CSR to get barrels picked up, missed dates twice before I almost left the country and had to beg for the service offered.
Transportation took nearly 4 entire months to finally arrive after I called every 3 weeks and was told that it was leaving “today”, “tomorrow”, and “Monday coming”.
Thank God, they did eventually come pickup and the barrels arrived at their destination… but that’s not even when this story ends.
Missing information not sent from port of origin to destination causing further delays to the shipment. Quite literally the day that was scheduled for pickup which the origin location CALLED and said they were ready did they not realize that there was missing information on the official documents sent.
Would recommend if you have absolutely no other choice for shipping because things eventually get done but you have to be dedicated to checking in constantly

This is my second time using this company and there is always a damn problem with how the package is to be shipped. Unless I call and make a query, the package sits at the warehouse for weeks. Customer service acts like if it's normal and I'm not supposed to question it. I promised not to use them again in life.
