We had a very pleasant stay at the estate, opposite the large swimming pool. The accommodation is very well equipped (it has everything); we only needed a little salt. Jaqui and Gianni were very welcoming, warm, attentive, and open to conversation. Gianni's cooking is absolutely worth the trip: a real gem! It was excellent, and the menu prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is currently only open in the evenings, with soft background music. Gianni and Jaqui made us feel right at home in this place that deserves to be better known. We will return as soon as possible! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jackie's restaurant at Domaine de l'Hylode. Chef Gianni's cuisine was simply superb: refined, flavorful, and full of delightful surprises. Beyond the food, we were charmed by Jackie and Gianni's kindness, as well as their attentive and warm service. Special mention goes to their incredible kindness towards our daughter, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant!

A true gem! Domaine de l’Hylode is an exceptional establishment that deserves to be discovered. The setting is calm, elegant, and impeccably maintained, ideal for a truly timeless experience. The restaurant is brand new, tastefully decorated, and the convenient parking is a real plus, a rare and precious bonus. In the kitchen, Chef Gianni does remarkable work: refined, flavorful, and generous dishes, prepared with passion and expertise. Each plate is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. In the dining room, Jacky provides impeccable service: warm, attentive, professional, and always smiling. He greatly contributes to making the experience even more enjoyable. Between the excellence of the cuisine, the quality of the service, and the serenity of the setting, this restaurant borders on perfection. We will return with great pleasure.

We spent five days at this hotel-restaurant; the accommodation was pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, and a big thank you to Chef Giani for the quality of the dishes—everything was superb. We also want to highlight Jacky's exceptional hospitality, which was outstanding throughout our stay. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend! We will definitely return.

A perfect week at Domaine de l'Hylode between Le Marin and Sainte-Anne. A rental for 3 people at a very reasonable price for the south of the island, perfectly equipped, with access to the pool. Jacky was incredibly attentive and full of helpful advice. And the restaurant is fantastic! Gianni offers delicious dishes, classic Italian cuisine as well as daily specials featuring fresh, local produce—we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The setting is lovely with the open kitchen and central bar. Go without hesitation!
