Ok. This is our third visit to St. Barth’s and our first to this restaurant. This is where locals eat at a fraction of the cost of “ regular “ restaurants. I thought I was somewhere in France at a local brasserie. The cost was frankly jaw dropping ( see photo). The food was most probably one of the best meals we have had here, and the good is generally of a high standard everywhere, but pricey. The service was beyond friendly. This bill
Is for 4 of us. Normally when you order escargots, you get six, here you get 12 and all
For €6!

We received a very warm welcome, without a reservation. We enjoyed local and very typical cuisine, including specialties like chayote and octopus, served with a smile by the young waiter from Grenoble! Excellent value for money!
A great place to eat.

If you like frozen food, you've come to the right place.
The manager's welcome is appalling; she openly insults her customers and dares to criticize their lifestyle choices, even though, at over 50, she's just running a dingy little place.
There are so many better options on this island, why bother going there?!
A word to the wise.

We came this evening, Thursday, November 24, 2022, as a group of two. We ordered a Creole platter, but all the ingredients were inedible, I'd even say expired. Christophe's gratin was a ramekin of who-knows-what covered in breadcrumbs, inedible. And the snails? Don't even get me started! Having barely tasted the dishes without being able to eat them, the owner charged us for everything and then had the nerve to tell us, "I tasted it and it's all good," if we didn't like it... how audacious! I do not recommend this restaurant if you don't want to get sick! What a disgrace!
