The customer service was great and the staff was friendly, professional, and made sure our group had a great time.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the parking situation. There is no secured parking for Customers, and when I returned to my vehicle, I discovered that someone had removed a part from my car. Prior to onboarding the Vessel, that was the concern. (There was no visible security or monitoring of the parking area.)
Customers should be able to enjoy their time without worrying about returning to a damaged or tampered-with vehicle.

I boarded the Loose Cannon on a carnival Sunday afternoon not fully knowing what I was in for, and I left completely sold on this experience.
The crew set the tone from the jump. Friendly, attentive, genuinely kind people who made everyone on board feel welcome and taken care of. I also got to meet the owners, and they are exactly the kind of cool, down-to-earth humans you hope are running an operation like this. You can feel their energy in how the whole experience is put together.
Food and drinks are included and they do not disappoint.
But the real star? Maiden Cay. That water is almost unrealistically clear and blue.
Swimming out there on a Sunday afternoon felt like a privilege. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why the Caribbean is so special.
The crowd on board was a lovely mix of people, and somehow the vibe was just right the whole time. Strangers becoming good company. That’s not easy to manufacture, but it happened naturally.
If you’re in Kingston and looking for something that goes beyond the ordinary tourist experience, book this. You won’t regret it.

BOOKING IS A MUST !!!!! I had the pleasure to attend both night and day boat tours and let me tell yall it was 🤩 amazing. If your looking for a great time you’ve found it . The life guards on deck are friendly,fun and respectful!!! FYI I can’t swim and one particular lifeguard by the name of OG made me feel super secure that I wasn’t gonna drown. I also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners,Andrew and Friend that are very inviting ,super friendly & great cconversations as well. I am so happy to have found such a gem in Kingston please book with loose cannon Tours

Went on the evening harbor cruise and it was the highlight of my vacation. 10/10 would recommend. Excellent value, lots of food, lots of drinks, great DJs, great crew. All in all an amazing night. Unbeatable for the price. Probably one of the best activities of the entire week long trip. Fun fun fun.

Was the perfect way to celebrate my 50th. Family, friends, music, food and open bar perfect. The Loose cannon boat and staff are top shelf. From the time we arrived at the dock everyone was professional and friendly. payment was easy and secure receiving a emailed receipt right away. Security check making sure that everyone there to have a great time. Boat ride to the island was super smooth and quick. I would defiantly recommend Loose Cannon tours. I will be back for a second time in June See you all then.
