First visit, and enjoyed.
Ordered fish fingers and French fries. The fish fingers were nice, but just a bit too much. I would have been nicer if some of the fish fingers were substituted with a side salad!
Service was ok, but I feel the young lady could have done with some support, but hey, I'm not going to complain.
Nice place. If you're a local, support, and if a visitor, still support!

Let's just start with the pros... food was delicious. The setup is nice. Creates that perfect balance between bar and restaurant. Location is great, right off the highway.
HOWEVER, the service is terrible. This was our second time there and we're only back because of the food.
There's too much wait time to be engaged by the employees. We had to literally call on the employee at the bar. Twice! Zero people skills.
After moving to the dining area (at which point I was already over it!), we witnessed several other patrons facing the terrible customer service ordeal. Twice someone had to get up and get the menu themselves or call on the bartender/waitress for service.
Please match your customer service to your food quality. Better management of roles would definitely up your business game!
Oh, did I forget to mention that we had to wait and summon the employee so we could pay the bill to leave 🙄 DO BETTER.

The atmosphere is quiet and chill, bar & waiting service is on point, but for food, oh what a wait. For a 1st time customer I was disappointed, after a long wait for our food, the orders got mixed up. My chicken fingers was paired with the wrong salad and thankfully my partner did not bite into his before I realized the mixup. Other than that our night went well.

I could tell you that the Plantain Burger was really good, but that is too mild of an explanation.
This meal stands as one of my fondest memories of my visit.
The homemade patty was irresistibly delicious and the entire meal sits in a bracket of greatness.
It’s definitely a MUST TRY. ❤️
Extremely hospitable and inviting, warm yet chill atmosphere.
