The customer service was warm and welcoming. Especially our server Shay!! Her personality is super positive and lovely. Her service was highly professional. I admired the fact that she made it her duty to ensure that my relatives and I were all comfortable.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was warm, relaxing, and beautifully set up, making it the perfect place to enjoy meals and hang out with friends. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well presented. I had the lamb rack and it was tender, juicy and full of rich savory flavors. Our server Shay was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Birthday dinner…. ruined… I should have gone somewhere else.
Server was not good, ambience is beautiful, food is okay. Would be better if the Menu stated things the proper way, if I ask for Snapper which is not a “catch of the day” I should be able to get snapper, its a permanent menu item, no wifi available for the public, just WIFI for the business. The server took an hour to bring the bill when we had other things lined up for my birthday, She ruined my day, I wasn’t in the mood for pictures or anything.. and she had the nerve to ask about a tip. I won’t be back, thanks but no thanks it’s a beautiful place but not when you don’t value your customers or their experience.
The picture posted is just a rough timeline, it was closer to an hour and a half than it was 40 minutes, when she finally came around. We weren’t even eating, just looking around visibly dissatisfied and she did nothing but walk by us with other people food, whom she gave better service to, I’m jamaican as well, family from Clarendon so its interesting to get treated bad by your own.

I’ve been wanting to dine at Marina Palms for a while and one random Sunday evening my partner and I did and it was amazing. The view was breath taking our waitress Tash was one in a million. Her customer service was top tier and professional. I asked her to take 100 photos for me lol and she did without a frown. She’s an asset to a place like this because with beautiful places and great food the most important thing is 5 star customer service. Tash, thank you so much and keep on doing the amazing job that you’re doing. You’re beautiful and kind, we’ll definitely be back.

Our visit to The Marina Restaurant and Bar in Montego Bay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone for a memorable family meal. The service was truly world-class — attentive without being intrusive, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
The food? Fresh, flavorful, and served in portions generous enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites. Every dish was prepared with evident care, showcasing a beautiful balance of local flair and culinary finesse.
And the views — breathtaking doesn’t quite do them justice. With a setting that feels almost like a living postcard, dining there became more than a meal — it was an experience.
We’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vibrant, scenic, and delicious escape in Montego Bay.
