The Manager/Owner Marina’s View Ocho Rios, Jamaica Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Disrespectful Treatment During Stay Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment my companions and I received during our recent stay at Marina’s View in Ocho Rios. On the night in question, after returning from the club, we went to use the pool. We were informed that the pool was closed and that there was no lifeguard present, meaning we could swim at our own risk. We understood and accepted these conditions. However, sometime after 3 a.m., a woman who identified herself as the manager or CEO arrived on the property. Instead of approaching us respectfully or addressing any concerns professionally, she was extremely rude and disrespectful in her tone and manner. This behavior was entirely unacceptable and left us feeling humiliated as paying guests. We believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances. Her conduct not only tarnished our experience at your property but also reflected poorly on the standards of service expected from a reputable establishment. We are requesting a formal apology for the treatment we received and assurance that this type of behavior will not be repeated with other guests. We hope that management will take this complaint seriously and take steps to improve customer service and professionalism at Marina’s View. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Marine View Hotel is really and truly the best. Nestled in the heart of Ocho Rios .it gives you that comfortable and very relaxing feeling. The staff really makes you feel at home they offer assistance where necessary. If you don't understand something they take you through the whole process so that you can understand . And if you need them they are just a telephone call away. I would recommend other's to stay in this awesome Hotel 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓.

Dishonest staff. The two women who worked at the front desk give different prices for the rooms, most likely pocketing the rest for themselves. I stayed here last year and I booked an extra night on accident. They refused to refund my money, again most likely to keep it for themselves. I hope they never prosper, bad mind people 👎🏿

It was such a relaxing and restoring experience for my family and I. The staff became like family to us over the period of time we were staying there. The pool was amazing, the service was excellent and the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The A/C in our rooms were no joke🤣. But, I definitely recommend you all go there and get your own first hand experience because I believe you won't regret it, as for my family and I, we already plan to return in the near future.
