Parking attendant is not friendly or mannerly.
When I arrived that morning the hut was closed but the gate was opened so I parked. I went to the old Standard Building on Tudor Street to realise the store was closed. On my way back I noticed the sign outside which stated first 10 mins are free. I saw that the hut was opened and someone was inside so I stopped on my way out of the carpark. The lady came out and told me $1. I simply asked her how long have I been parked here. With an attitude she said "I dont know but I'm telling you $1". So I began to explain to her well I saw the sign on the fence and she cut me off by saying "I began your time when i got here". I said " right ok, so how long have I been here?" She walked away and came back with her tablet and said " Look! it say you got 15 minutes". I said to her that there is no need for her to be so aggressive, I simply asked a question. She took the money and came back with the change and basically throwing her hand at me to take it then she walked away before I could take the money properly.
I will never park in that carpark again.
If you don't like customers asking you questions, then customer service isn't for you.

I feel comfortable leaving my car there. Attendant has a pleasant personality .
