If I could give 0 ⭐️I would. For over a yr now I’ve had four technicians come to my house and check out my washing machine which was only purchased in 2023. I purchased an extended warranty which has not been honored and no resolution has been provided. Service center just gives customers the run around. Do not purchase a washing machine from Massy

Our experience with Massy's service centre was excellent from beginning to end. We phoned to enquire about a filter for a recently purchased appliance, and the lady on the phone guided me as to the correct info needed to ensure I got the correct item. When I verified the info and called back, I got confirmation that it was in stock, and was given a price. Arriving there about half hour later, a pleasant gentleman entered our order into the system and directed us to the cashier while he went to retrieve the item. He was back with it, just as we were done paying. Very efficient, and no wasted time at all.

Absolutely ridiculous service! I purchased a washer/dryer combo from Massy, I called the service centre after the machine became noisy, they came and confirmed the machine needed springs but they do not stock the springs nor do they special order NOR do they give out part numbers.... and that was the extent of their assistance. They source the appliances from the Latin American market and when you search the model number nothing comes up making it very difficult for you to source your own parts if needed. Do not purchase appliances from Massy!

The call centre answered quickly, unlike a few other places I called, however the service was deplorable. The washer section of my analog Whirlpool combo washer dryer unit stopped working. It still would fill with water but would stop, no actual washing, however it would drain and spin when the dial was manually advanced. The technician arrived and theorized about what the issue could be: possibly the timer, maybe the gearbox, maybe the lid latch, etc etc. But he never actually did any work. He didn't even bring tools into the house with him. At the end of the "trouble shooting" the "solution" was to purchase a brand new washer dryer combo unit. $165 wasted for absolutely no work being done. I called in a technician from a another company and he actually opened up the washer and tested for power going to the motor during the wash cycle. No power. The problem was an old timer, which I will have replaced instead of spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily on a new machine.

Francine was extremely helpful in getting my A/C fixed as it was leaking. The technician came out in no time to resolve the issue!
